By accessing or using Sellium (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Sellium provides a platform for digital commerce, including storefront creation, payment processing, product delivery, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Sell prohibited items including illegal goods, weapons, or harmful materials
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Platform Fees
Sellium charges platform fees on transactions based on your subscription plan. Starter plans incur a 2% platform fee, while Business plans incur a 1% platform fee. These fees are separate from payment processor fees.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Sellium and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
Sellium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
